Diagnosis: Bipolarity's Hidden Hazards

According to the article "Diagnosis: Bipolarity's Hidden Hazards" recent tests have been conducted by researchers which show that individuals afflicted with bipolar disorder have double the risk to develop medical conditions.  One key factor to developing this risk it stress which is something every individual has in their lives.

If you recently discovered you had bipolar disorder what changes would you make to your everyday life to alleviate stress and why?

If I had just discovered that I had bipolar disease and the way I would make stress a small part of my life is by not worring about alot of little things that arent important. Also if there was a problem that came up I would talk it out with who ever I needed to. The last thing I would do is to relax more than now just not let the little things jet to me and just be more relaxed and not worry about everything
