In this article scientists say that people can have the Alzheimer's disease without having any symptoms.
Scientists conducted a study in which they did a brain autopsy of healthy people who passed away. They found that about 20-25 percent of them had the accumulation of a certain brain chemical that indicates that they have Alzheimer's disease. But none of these people had any symptoms of Alzheimer's.

yes. you can have a disease without showing any symptoms. for example you could have lyme disease and be infected but not show symptoms till weeks later. just because these people died with out showing symptoms doesnt mean that if they lived longer that they wouldnt show symptoms. in addition these people have alzheimer's the disease that make you forget, how do you know that they just didnt forget?
I agree that you may not show the symptons but still have a disease. For example when I was little my sister had an ear infection three times during the winter and they couldnt figure out why. Turns out I was the carrier and had no symptoms at all.

Yes, i think it is possible to have Alzheimer's disease or any other types of disease without showing any symptoms. since not everyone is aware of they symptoms that go along with the disease so they could clasify it as simply aging or forgetfulness.

yes, i think that it is possible to have a disease but show no symptoms. many people in the world have a disease and either doesn't know the symptoms or has tricked them self into believing that they ont have the disease.
